School Break Series
Open to participants ages 14+ who are off from school or just want to spend the day with us at Two Happy! Our School Break Series offers a fun day filled with fitness, healthy living, life skills, hands on activities, games, and plenty of opportunities to socialize!
Time: 10am-2pm | Participants should bring a healthy lunch
Off from school on a day we are not offering our School Break Series? Let us know! We may have availability in one of our regular Two Happy programs for you to drop in and spend the day with us.
Post Summer: August 31st-September 4th

Open to participants ages 14 and older. New participants must receive approval from the Two Happy team prior to registering. All participants must be able to participate successfully in our 1:6 participant-to-staff ratio without the support of an outside aide.
Our School Break Series provides a fun and engaging full-day experience that combines the best of our Two Strong+ and Happy Living programs. Participants will enjoy a mix of fitness, healthy living, life skills, hands-on activities, games, and social opportunities in a supportive environment.
Example Daily Schedule
10:00 AM to 11:00 AM: Life skills and interactive activities
11:00 AM to 11:45 AM: Two Strong group fitness class
11:45 AM to 12:15 PM: Lunch (participants bring their own lunch)
12:15 PM to 2:00 PM: Happy Living activities, games, crafts, and social programming
Healthy Lunch Policy: Participants are asked to bring a healthy, balanced lunch each day. To support our healthy living mission, we do not allow soda, candy, or chips. We encourage lunches such as sandwiches or wraps, grilled chicken, salads, yogurt, fruit, vegetables, cheese sticks, and other nutritious foods. Water is encouraged as the primary beverage.
